At this point in my journey, I have gratitude for the growing, preparing and nourishment of my own food; peace in the practice of yoga and other wellness modalities; and wisdom to learn and love through journal explorations in travel, photography, nature, gardening, books, and exquisite textiles woven into the fabric of a healthy and creative life. The intent of this journal blog is to capture those moments.
